Rules Summary | The object of Hex is to make an unbroken line of pieces from the top to the bottom of the board. The computer's object is to connect the left and right sides of the board with an unbroken line of pieces. The hexes in the corners count toward either player's victory. | ||

Both strategies are sound. The player might be able to get a quick win with some deception, but he can find that he's wasted a lot of pieces if the more distributed player can successfully block him. |
